Working With Agents

Clear reporting without unnecessary alarm, direct access to me, and independent guidance on every finding. Your clients get findings they can actually understand.

Why Agents Refer Me

Clear Reporting Helps Everyone
Understand the Findings

Inspection findings should be accurate, clearly prioritised and explained in context. This helps buyers and agents distinguish significant concerns from routine maintenance without minimising either one.

What Your Clients Get

  • Significant items clearly separated from routine maintenance
  • Plain-language findings your buyers can actually understand
  • Independent crawlspace and foundation evaluations, with no repair sales
  • Report follow-up by phone so nothing gets misread as bigger than it is

What Agents Get From Me

Helping You Guide
Clients With Clarity.

The inspection process, from the scheduling phone call to referencing the report after closing, shapes your client's experience. I keep that experience calm and clear.

More than 20 years on the building side, constructing homes, managing residential projects, and overseeing roofing and foundation work, means I connect findings that share one cause rather than listing them as unrelated problems on four different pages.

Clear Reporting. Practical Insight. Confident Decisions. The result is a clearer conversation between the buyer, agent and inspector.

Built For You

Three Things I Do Differently

Calm, Clear Reporting

I write findings so a nervous first-time buyer can read them without spiraling. Routine maintenance reads as routine maintenance, and genuinely significant items are unmistakable. Neither one gets overstated or brushed aside.

You Reach Me Directly

No scheduling department, no message relay. Call or text (479) 370-0979 and you are talking to the inspector: for scheduling, for timing, and for the follow-up conversation after your client reads the report.

Construction-Informed Insight

I spent more than 20 years building homes and overseeing roofing and foundation work. When a client asks what a finding means for cost or urgency, the answer comes from someone who has managed the work, not just observed it.

Independent By Design

No Repair Sales Attached

I do not sell encapsulation, piering, drainage work, or roofing, and I have no referral arrangement with anyone who does. My crawlspace and foundation evaluations are fully independent.

That matters most when a buyer gets an alarming quote from a company that also sells the repair. An independent evaluation is the fastest way to find out what is actually going on. Nothing in my findings is shaped by what a repair contract would be worth.
