What Is Different

So do the ways they fail. An inspector treating a manufactured home like a conventional one will look right past most of it.

• Piers, footings, blocking, leveling, and anchoring • Skirting and ventilation • Underbelly condition, insulation, and crossover ducts • Marriage line condition and seal on multi-section units • Roof covering and seams • Electrical service, panel, and bonding • Plumbing supply and drains • Heating and cooling equipment • Windows, doors, walls, ceilings, floors, steps, and site drainage
